Hi Reader,

When you're hiring, there are three things you must determine:

  1. Can the candidate do the job?
  2. Will the candidate do the job?
  3. Will the candidate do the job for our company?

The first question is pretty easy to answer--it's just a matter of assessing skills and experience.

But what about the next two?

If you want to hire better people, check out this month's feature story.

Also, please be sure to take advantage of the 50 sample behavioral interview questions and other hiring tools in our Resource Center.

And finally, if you are currently looking to hire, please give me a call at 940-696-3772. I'd be happy to help you determine the best personality traits for your job opening and plot a course of action to bring in top candidates.
